"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We were not informed about the paid parking until a day after check-in. The hot tub and ice machines were out of service, and the breakfast area was chaotic, with food and spilled milk left sitting on the counters. Every seating table in the breakfast area was covered in food grime and crumbs. In our room, pictures had fallen off the walls, and when we pulled back the sheets, we found black hairs in the bed, making us question the cleanliness of the room. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations."
