Elevate Hotel at Sierra Blanca Ruidoso, an Ascend Collection Hotel
Staff was awesome. Room was clean but heating didn't work. The staff moved me to another room & although I appreciate it, an upgrade would've be nice. I booked & paid for 2 nights but ended up going home after 1 night.
