"the staff were fairly helpful when we told them we wanted to check out early. My parents have stayed in this hotel a lot over the years, unfortunately it has gone downhill and been neglected. The sheets were ironed but were brown making the bed feel unclean. The lights didn't work, the toilet leaked. ..."
