The one front seak clerk decided she wanted to play this day. Told me I needed a credit card for incidentals, but when i said the website didnt state that she acted as if she never even requested the card from me. And then I paid for a room with one king bed and a sofa and she intentionally gave me a room (116 to be exact) with double queen beds instead, which was cheaper but didnt refund my difference but that was ok because that wasnt such a big deal for me. It was the principal of great customer service which she didnt provide and then lied about my access to the free wifi, saying there was a problem with it , which i had to get and comfirm from the overnight receptionist, who was very pleasant and professional. Besides this interaction with this particular woman using her job to be vindictive and blatantly lie to me, a stranger and paying occupant at this establishment, I absolutely loved my stay and would 1000% recommend.

The staff was friendly and the room was pretty nice. I rate the cleanliness as ok because there was white spots on the couch and a few hairs found in the jetted tub. What I did not like was when we fixed hot water in them tub to relax the fire alarm kept beeping and it was very loud! Not sure why that happened but it did. Tv channels were not great but ok. They had HBO but that’s about it. Overall I give it an ok rating because the cleanliness could be better but also could be worse and the staff was friendly and did everything I asked of them. Vending could have had more options also

This was one of the cleanest facilities I’ve ever stayed at. And beds were so comfortable! My ONLY suggestion is figure out how to get hotter water.

Our family stayed here to attend the rodeo and do some local sight seeing. Myself, my husband, and our 2 young teen kids shared a King bed suite for just one night. The room smelled and was poorly cleaned, as evidence by the dried drip of some substance remaining on the bathroom wall and the buildup of shower scum and mildew in the shower. It didn't appear to be well cared for. The breakfast in the morning was great however, and that area seemed to be clean. The lady in that area was very nice. Overall, would not stay there again.

Airbnb’s Are Growing For A Good Reason

Where should I start. My daughter getting stuck in the elevator ? Sink full of hair on arrival? Or No toilet paper or tissues for goodness sakes no restock on a 3 night stay? Cmon. I worked in hotels for 10 years. A 2 Q room with 3 towels. We were perpetually using dirty towels. It’s no wonder Airbnb’s are growing in popularity. For $200 bucks a night we could’ve stayed in a really nice cottage. One bright spot, the breakfast I wouldn’t call great, but better than most for sure. They had legit biscuits
