+ Please check the weather prior to your stay so you can be properly prepared. We are in an area that can get hot in the summer, very cold in the winter and can experience high winds. We will not issue refunds for weather issues, or road closures that are out of our control.

+ When visiting a mountain town, it`s important to be aware that you may encounter various types of insects and bugs due to the natural environment. No refunds will be issued, though we make every effort to manage pest control.

+ We strongly encourage purchasing travelers insurance, especially in the winter months.

Parking: We have parking for 3 vehicles right in front of the lodge. If your car leaks, please park over dirt
KEY INFO: Keyless entry with last four digit of your phone number (you may deactivate by turning deadbolt on inside of door)
NON-SMOKING $400 FINE FOR EVIDENCE OF SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY

TRASH/RECYCLING: MUST separate trash from recycling; cabin has separate containers inside and out. CRR is fining us if there is trash in the recycling container and we will pass it on to you.
COMPOST: We appreciate you putting compost in container on counter and/or in compost bin outside

COFFEE: Traditional coffee maker, we provide filters and coffee
BATHROOMS: Only flush #1, #2 and toilet paper…we are on a septic system. Plumbers’ fees will be incurred if you plug up the toilet with anything else. BE CONSERVATIVE WITH TOILET PAPER...TOO MUCH WILL PLUG THE TOILET and that’s a “crappy” situation!
FIRE PIT: if it runs out of propane, please let me know ASAP and we will have another one delivered!
BBQ: If gas grill runs out of propane, let us know ASAP, please clean grill and leave cover off if used
