Castillo de arena de Oxford ... ¡Bienvenido al paraiso! Una casa de vacaciones realmente grandiosa! Pase sus vacaciones familiares con elegancia y comodidad en la bien equipada casa de 5 habitaciones, 5. 5 baños ubicada frente al mar, cerca del centro de Wrightsville Beach y a pocas cuadras del muelle de Johnnie Mercer. Una de las pocas casas con su propio paseo privado a la playa.

El nivel principal cuenta con un gran plan de piso abierto con un área de sala de estar y una cocina con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, perfectamente diseñados para reuniones familiares. Justo al lado de la cocina hay una pequeña área de oficina con una computadora Apple para su uso, una gran despensa y un cuarto de lavado. La sala de estar y el comedor frente al mar conducen a un porche cubierto con cómodos asientos y vistas impresionantes del Océano Atlántico. En este nivel hay 2 dormitorios con baños privados y un baño de ½ en el pasillo.

El nivel superior tiene el dormitorio principal frente al mar que se abre a una terraza cubierta con vistas desde un extremo de la playa hasta el otro. El baño principal tiene una ducha separada y bañera de hidromasaje. Hay 2 dormitorios adicionales en este piso, uno que está frente al mar y otro que no. Cada una de estas habitaciones tiene su propio baño privado. Encontrará una segunda área de descanso en este nivel para alejarse, ver la televisión o leer un libro.

Beautiful beach house

The house is clean, beautiful, has great views. Lots of nice spaces for people to gather. Very nicely decorated and has a lot of amenities.

Reviewer Comments: Our east and west coast families met for a week at the beach, so we wanted a large home with separate bedrooms, bathrooms, and direct access to the beach:. the Sand Castle was perfect. House is beautiful, comfortable and the porches have spectacular views.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time three things came to my attention. The WiFi is not strong enough for everyone to use. It definitely needs a booster or possibly a new router. The board walk to the beach needs some attention this is a safety hazard. Loose boards and raised nails. Also when we arrived the cleaning crew was still there and it was after four. They were not in any hurry to leave. I don’t mind the later entry but we need to be informed because of the congestion on Saturdays. There is no where to park and I don’t want to offend the neighbors on the street.

Great location and house as the best ocean view!

Again the house location and view is amazing. However the cleanliness of house was ok. Lots of crumbs and dust on furniture and around perimeter of throw rugs. Found soiled underwear in master bedroom when making the bed. Lastly, most of the remotes needed batteries and TV's are very, old. Missing basic items in kitchen: Broom, kitchen towels and sponge. (Broom was brought to us). For size of the house the kitchen garage is way to small.

Amazing house for the family vaca!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our fourth year renting Oxford's Sand Castle. The amenities in this house are the best and one of the best features is each of the 5 bedrooms has it's own bathroom. The private boardwalk to the beach is so convenient. Bryant does a great job keeping us informed of everything we need to know to check in and out and everything in between. Besides just relaxing, highlights during our stay are the farmer's market every Monday, dining at Oceanic,and hitting Jimmy's for a beverage and to see what dogs are visiting on that particular day! This is a vacation we look forward to every year.

Sister's 50th Birthday

We stayed there in September to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday. The home location could not be beat, right on the ocean as the pictures showed. We went out to teh beach several times. The home was very clean, wi-fi worked as it should, the kitchen was a great place to gather as we prepared meals and chatted about old times. We would be happy to reserve here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third year renting this house and I have also booked it for next year. We had a great time it is a wonderful place to stay. There were a few issues the central vacuum system would not work and there was no broom. The dryer worked but it took several cycles to dry clothes. The cooktop didn’t seem to be working took forever to get hot.

A stay with limited parking

Parking mafia issued 2 tickets when we were unloading my handicapped brother. $200 in fines and they want their money now. Not the fault of the property owners. Wrightsville beach parking mafia truly show you that you are not welcome there.

Totally worth it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very shocked at the price and availability of this house for this passed Labor Day weekend. I was also very weary hence not having many reviews but I went with my gut and it completely paid off. This house is truly amazing in terms of location and privacy. The interior of the house was immaculate and everything written in the description matched perfectly. There were plenty of beach essentials such as chairs and umbrellas, grill was clutch, patios and furniture was great, truly near to a perfect trip. The biggest issues during our stay was very minor; close to empty propane tank, and not accommodating early check-in but I know that can be difficult sometimes, that’s all!

Amenities were upgraded this year such as a newer coffee pot and espresso machine. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which we love. This house is beautiful and first class all the way!

What they have now will not accommodate 10 guest. Also would like to see another trash receptacle one sometimes is not enough. A refrigerator in the garage would be a nice addition.

Almost perfect but required more for 13 grand

Great house. We loved the open concept and private bath for each bedroom. Kitchen was lacking. Had to take turns having coffee as there were not enough mugs. Cook ware in horrible shape. Worried about eating flaking tephlon. Limited cooking breakfast untensils are the culprit. Great amount of beach chairs and umbrellas. Cork screw and can openerdid not work, had To go buy. There was no gas in grill for our Fourth of July cook out , I had specifically asked about that. One master sink was clogged and had to buy draino, there were multiple nails sticking up on boardwalk to the beach. Found a hammer to nail them in after a ripped toe. No hand rails on walkway steps also very hazardous. Rediculous tha linen service supplied one toweL per person. Had to do laundry every day, I called to report all of this and got an I’m sorry. There should be a partial refund

Luxurious home in Wrightsville Beach

Reviewer Comments: This was one our favorite homes to rent in Wrightsville Beach and we have been vacationing here for almost 15 years!It was very spacious and luxurious. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and the open concept kitchen, living room and dining room. The ocean view is amazing. The only slight negative is, this area of the beach gets a little crowded but it's great to be able to walk to the downtown area for the restaurants and shops.

Great Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I traveled from Indiana to enjoy a family week... and that we did! The walk onto the beach was easy and convenient. The house was nice. Was it clean NO. There were several notes posted of things broken to alert us not to use them... for example the master bedroom blind. Dirty Dirty... we put the kids in the master tub for a fun bath, turned the jets on and black gunk saturated the water, obviously never cleaned. We used beach towels on the sofa becase it had a dirty odor. I did call the agency requesting a mop and a broom on Mon morning and got one on Thurs., long story. Renting a house at that $ rate you would think the towels would be a little better, NOT. One bed wasn't made. I rent a house annually but would NOT use Bryant again or rent Oxford Sand Castle.
