1bdrm Apt near UVMMC, i89, and Downtown

Summary:
Simple, brightly lit second-floor apartment located conveniently off of I-89. Five-minute walk to the downtown Winooski Circle with restaurants, bars, nightlife, etc. 5-10 minute drive or 10-15 minute bike ride to Downtown Burlington/Burlington Waterfront, UVM Medical Center, and the University of Vermont. Highlights include queen-sized Casper mattress and beautiful porch for evening drinks or morning coffee.

The Space:
This is the upstairs apartment of a 2 story duplex. Please note that the entire town of Winooski sits in the Burlington International Airport flightpath. On the bright side, you are close (less than 10 minutes) to the airport! However, this also means that you are likely to hear planes going by during your stay- especially if the windows are open, mostly during daytime hours. In addition, once or twice per day on weekdays you might hear the F-35 jets going overhead. These are quite loud, but typically this noise lasts around 90 seconds per flight.

Interaction with Guests:
You probably won't see much of my co-host Dave and I, unless we are doing maintenance or gardening. We both live within a 5-10 minute drive of the house and are a quick text or phone call away, if there is anything that you need!
