"Check in suppose to be at 3 dont expect to check in until about 1.5 to 2 hours later rooms not ready. Rooms not that clean ended up getting cleaning supplies to clean it myself. They say they clean it but not really. They go threw your stuff they deny it, when you fined your stuff moved and things open that where closed things missing. They say let them know if you don't want any service they ignore you and come in anyway. The younger staff want to be rude and raise there voice to you and want to talk over the other staff."

"Everything was clean while arriving the hotel, however, the second day we asked in the morning to clean our room before we left for the all day, and when we came back after 10pm, we found the room dirty as left in the morning! No gluten free options for breakfast. The kitchen lady is not very helpful and anything you ask she would say she doesn’t have it. I asked her in the morning for camomile tea, she said she doesn’t have, however, in the evening the front desk guy checked in the kitchen and gave me. The room was big and good. Parking, outdoor pool and gym were very good."

" We have stayed here quite a few times while visiting family in the Tampa area, while it is quite a ways away from our family that are spread from Largo to the important one our Mother in Palm Harbour we chose this location for #1 my wife likes the pool and I like having a bar on the property to relax to cleanliness yet a little out dated rooms to all the friendly staff. New Port Richey night life is fantastic and just a mile or so away or family to visit the Sponge dock. The value is very good as we travel out of our way to stay her instead of others. Stopped on by!"
