Nice location, extremely clean setting, good layout, and comfortable furnishings. We saw dolphins from the porch. Very nice winter stay. Luggage lift was helpful to settle in and to check out.

We have been to the Outer Banks several times and this was the best experience we have ever had. The house had stunning views and direct beach access.We hit a two week patch of good weather for January and had the whole beach (and neighborhood) to ourselves. Incredible! The house was clean, tidy and everything to enjoy our vacation. Due to the rain and Hurricane, we got piss ants in the kitchen but went and got traps. Resolved in one day. Beautiful view of the ocean and very quiet neighborhood.
