Nightmare.
I never received a place to stay. When I went to check in I was told that our room was cancelled. Prior to the trip I received an email stating our tip was cancelled. I called the number in the email to see why it was cancelled and I was told that it was not cancelled as it was a miscommunication. Upon arrival to the location I had to wait an hour to be told that it was indeed cancelled and there was nothing that they could do. I tried again to reach back out and received no answer to my phone call. I had to last minute book another location and never received our money back from this location. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service provided. Not to mention that we had money stole from us.
