Property was messy with litter all over the parking lot. No hot water in our room on the fifth floor. People walking in and out wearing no mask staff did nothing to challenge them.

Room very comfortable. Wasn't able to figure how to turn off air condition though. It ran all night. Pool was very nice and so was'exercise facility. Unless there was a large group of people for a convention wait staff in dining areas was very few. Long time for food orders.

Room was a nice size but there were tiny ants all over nightstand, carpets were old and worn appeared dirty and commode would not fill with water to flush. Staff were very kind and friendly. Travelocity had cancelled my reservations for some reason but fortunately there were rooms available. This could have been very bad as ichecked in later in the evening.

Check in was a fiasco! First our key wouldn't work so my husband had to go back down to the front desk. Once we got into our room, we found the floor to be full of crumbs! There was also dirt/ crumbs on one of the beds and two to-go boxes of half eaten food in the night stand between the beds. So, back down to the front desk we go, with all our luggage, two very tired and hungry kids, and a hangry momma! The front desk staff were very helpful and put us in another room. While my husband was dealing with that, I went searching for a cup of coffee. The only thing available was a Starbucks...No in house quick coffee at all in this place... Except in the rooms, which have dust bunnies on the little half and half creamers (that are supposed to be kept cold!). The front desk did comp my coffee purchase. So, we get another room, grab our luggage and head up to our second room. Finding the door handle to be dangling, we took deep breaths and just tried the key...just in case! Imagine that...it didn't work! Holy cow, at this point we were supposed to be headed to dinner by now and we haven't even gotten into a room yet! We should have just left and found another place! We were exhausted and knew that would be just another fiasco on top of all this hot mess of a place! So, back down to the front desk we go...for the 4th time!! This ended up with one of the front desk associates, the maintenance man and all of us and our luggage in the elevator...just to get into a dang room!
