"We are home and settled in! The kids had a fantastic time and absolutely loved the house and all the amenities—we used the pools, gym, and tennis courts every day. The two-sink kitchen setup was also a big hit. I did want to share some constructive feedback from our stay to help with future guests: * HVAC Limits: The thermostat kept resetting to 77 every morning, and the lowest we could set it was 72. We woke up hot during the night and had to repeatedly lower it. The friends we brought with us own a large HVAC company, and they noted that letting the house heat up actually causes the system to work harder than maintaining a steady, cooler temperature. * Bedroom Fans: The fan in the lower bedroom off the kitchen doesn't work at top speed. Also, the bunk room fan is great if you are standing directly under it, but the room itself gets very hot—especially when the AC system resets to 77. * Kitchen & Pantry: We specifically booked this house because of the kitchen and the pantry. As a family that cooks a lot, that space was an absolute must for us, and it was truly great. However, we loved everything the kitchen provided but would suggest adding more baking pans. Having only two isn't enough or large enough for large families that cook. * Towel Supply: We were surprised to find only one towel per guest, and even less than that upon arrival. * Trash Process: The trash instructions were a bit confusing and ended up smelling and becoming an issue. It wasn't clear if we were supp"
