"Booked as 11pm check out and so sleep in till 9. Room smelt like some one had been smoking, the double bed was smallest double bed I have ever seen nut tire so just accept as poor and went to bed but was abruptly woken up at 7 am with but builders unloading scaffolding then putting it up with clattering scaffolding poles noises power impact drills and the scaffolder noise talk and shouting and singing directly outside my bedroom window! When to reception asked to speak to manager told no manager on duty just receptionist who handed me a peace of paper that had an address to write to if I wanted to make a complaint. Disgusting service total disregard for hotel customers service received "

"The hotel was ok. The staff were lovely. There was a piece of rubbish under the chair in our room and a sticky coffee cup mark on the unit by the bed and we had to get out key card reset twice as it stopped working. These things wouldn’t put us off from staying there again as the overall experience was ok. "
