Checked in extremely late and was tired from all the delays getting there. Walked in and he didn’t even confirm who I was and just said I owed money for the late checkout. I was extremely frustrated at this point and after arguing he didn’t even confirm who I was went to our room. 1 of the beds sounded like you would fall through every time you moved. The TV worked 1 night out of our 4 nights. Breakfast was awful, yogurt from machine tasted spoiled. Our late checkout was supposed to be at 2pm and we had the cleaning service knocking on our door at 11:10. 10min after the normal checkout time. Needless to say I paid for the late checkout for no reason because we left I didn’t want to deal with them continuing to knock asking when we were leaving.

I wanted some relaxing time the front desk clerk changed up our room so we would be away from any noise the prior room would have provided with it being a conjoined room the hotel and room was very clean and the whole stay was calm and relaxing just what mom of 5 needed to regenerate

I would’ve rated it higher but for one issue. The staff room next door to room 102 has a compressor on some piece of equipment that fired off every 20 minutes f sorry or about 45 seconds 24 hours a day for the entire time we were there. But for that, the staff and amenities were good. Just stay away from room 102. I told the staff about it and it was still going on the next day.

Very clean and friendly staff with Andy and Tejas. The breakfast was great. They had a yogurt machine with all the trimmings for a great parfait and a coffee machine with cappuccino, mochaccino, hot chocolate and other options offered 24 hours. We would definitely stay again.

It was an amazing stay, everything was so clean. I would definitely stay there again. I was one thing I was confused about, when I purchased my room on line I know I ordered a king size bed in my room. Reason being, I have a Great Dane as a service animal and we don’t fit on a queen size bed together. When I checked in the gentleman at the desk, who was very polite did some kind of changes to my reservation, but it took him forever to check me in. But I didn’t say anything because I didn’t wanna be a bother.

The place had recently been remodeled so it was clean but the shower had no water, seemed faucet was not connected, the staff apologized. I could not get a bathroom with access so could not set down or get the walker in the bathroom it was so narrow. The bed was ok but my husband hated it. Not worth the money to stay there. Never again.
