"I didn't like the $50 deposit that was buried in the fine print for the "NO Dog" or "NO Smoking" rules. I also don't like the idea that it takes a week or more to get the deposit back The hotel should find another way to offset the loss they are trying to cover."

Bad experience!

"Our stay was terrible! Did not realize that Wyndem sold property just before our arrival. No soap...toilet tissue..coffee..in room. Couldn't take a shower or go to the bathroom. Worst hotel we have ever been to. Wish we would have been made aware that it was sold...would have re booked somewhere ..."

"All was good, only issue was the front desk lady, she did not speak clear or speak up, it was like talking to your 15 year old kid who still mumbles. I had to keep having her repeat herself, about basic things, but I really couldn’t follow or understand her. The kick was she never spoke a bit louder or more clear, she kept repeating herself in the same monotone, low volume mumbles lol…..but everything else was good!"
