"The staff was amazing. It has what looks like Ai check after 8.. Turns out it’s a real person who is helping remotely.. wasn’t a huge fan of this feature but it’s not terrible.. The Staff is amazing. The owner is kind of brass but not rude. Just plain & direct. Depending on the room, “Our” in room ..."

"The air conditioner never stopped so it was freezing and we could not adjust it. We asked for extra blankets and they said no. The pull and hot tub were great and i everything was clean! Breakfast was very slim"

"room 205 was quiet, ac worked great and was clean. Carpet was stained. Lavatory faucet loose and required two hands to use. I notified the front desk who relyed it up the food chain, but it was not fixed."
