This hotel was very disappointing. It did have a few things that suited our stay but overall I would not book this location again. We booked this hotel because the price was right and we like the idea of having the kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out everyday during our stay. The night woman who checked us in was very nice and even gave us the handicap room after seeing me with my cane. The handicap features in the room really helped me out. The gentleman in the morning who checked me out was also very nice! It goes down hill from here. The hotel needs updating ans isn’t very clean. There were bags of trash outside of everyone’s doors that only get picked up by housekeeping in the AM. The back security door was broken so anyone could just enter. Even though it says no smoking everyone was out back smoking and just flinging their cigarette butts everywhere and they were never picked up. This is a pet friendly hotel and we had someone around us who just let their dogs bark non stop our whole stay and even though we mentioned it to the front desk nothing was done about it. It was 3am and the dogs were just going crazy! The beds are horrible and so uncomfortable I ended up trying to nap on the sofa. Watch out asking the older morning manager for more TP! She was so rude and condescending! The free breakfast was a joke just an apple and a muffin in a bag. This location is so far from everything in Holland that I’ll gladly pay more to stay at a nicer place next time.

Nice hotel, very convenient for beaches.

Wonderful stay with friendly staff and so convenient to the lake and beaches and activities. Loved it!

3 day Labor day weekend.

Pros: Clean, Quiet.
Cons: Leave sheets for sofa bed in room. Also breakfast bar was a disaster, but probably more due to customers than management. Skipped it the second day
Location: Not far from resort towns of Holland, Saugatuck, Grand Haven, South Haven and all the related state parks.
Wonderful from the start. Good, quiet location. Off the beaten path of tourists.
