Fanáticos de West Monroe High School, ¡este es el lugar para ustedes! Estamos ubicados a solo dos cuadras de la escuela en un vecindario súper tranquilo. La calle es tranquila y rara vez tiene tráfico. Y estamos cerca de casi todo lo que necesita ver y hacer. Ofrecemos Wifi y Netflix. Esta es una casa antigua, con algunos personajes antiguos. Pero si está dispuesto a revisar los problemas más antiguos del hogar, le encantará el encanto que ofrece este lugar.

Ants and bug issue

Much roomier inside than it appears to be from the outside. Is a pretty old home that has been patched multiple times in multiple places to make it a VRBO. Appliances are not new by any stretch. Kitchen supplies are older but served there purpose. Don’t leave any food sitting out for any length of time or will be overran with ants. A couple large bugs (roaches) came from under bed in 3rd bedroom and twin bed in middle roomOkay neighborhood in a convenient location. Master room bed is super soft. Master bath does not have a door.water color has a dirty tint to it but that may be normal for Monroe water. Not sure and definitely didn’t try to drink it. Washer and dryer are relatively new but are Located outside in a room under the carport.

Charming home

Marcie was a fantastic host. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cut our stay short, but Marci was on top of everything. Communication was open. Anything that we needed she was there. The home is very quiet and quaint and cozy.

Family wedding

The house has so much charm. Very clean, cold AC, tons of towels and everything we needed for a great 4 day stay. Perfect location. Loved the back covered porch area. Quiet neighborhood and made for the perfect family get together

Great family home

My family and I stayed here on vacation. It was an awesome house for families. My kids can be a bit rambunctious and I was not worried at all about breaking things. They even had kid games! Very quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful vacation home!

My family stayed here during a vacation. The house was wonderful! It was clean and as described online. The only issue we had was the master shower had a large crack in it. We opted not to use it but contacted the host. She was very responsive and apologized. Someone came to look at it but he decided it would be best to fix after we left due to the smell of what he would have to use to fix. We just used the shower in the hall bath. We messaged the host upon arrival and were allowed to check in early (which was a blessing after a long car ride). We would stay here again if we were ever in the area.

BMX Getaway

This was an AMAZING. Property. It was me, my husband, son and daughter in law and their 6 month old little girl. We were in Monroe from Thursday thru Sunday. This house was warm.and inviting. Everything we needed to have that family feel. I loved that we could all be together and help with the baby too. Room enough for privacy and closeness to play games. I cherished every moment of being together. It was easy to get to, get around where we needed to go and close to anything we needed to do. I am hoping to make this an annual event and maybe bring more grand kids.

This home was very clean and there was nothing we needed that wasn’t provided. The location was right off one the the main streets that took you from one end of town to the other. We would choose this property again.

Quiet but close to everything

The property was just as described in the listing. My mother and I stayed here and were pleasantly surprised at how well appointed and tastefully decorated the home was. We would certainly stay here again next time we are in town.

Cute little house!!

We had a great stay at this sweet home! Was surprised at how quiet the street is! I had a question for the property manager and she was very prompt to respond. I do wish the AC would cool things down a little more, but several fans were provided.

Better Than A Hotel Stay

Central located which allowed us to move around Monroe very easily. Accommodated the entire family for our grand daughters graduation from ULM. Provided one location so we could gather as a family and celebrate the weekend. As a senior, it brought back my home memories as a child growing up. The house was clean and provided everything we needed.

Overpriced for property and location. Entrance had steps but no guard rails to enter house. Bathroom faucet was not attached to sink. Smelly water when turning on faucets. Several trains came through during both nights. Garbage truck came at 5:00 AM first morning. No instructions given for television. House is not insulated. My husband and I have stayed many places but this had to be the worst place we have ever stayed.

Quiet & Comfortable

This is an old home but very clean & comfortable. We had an accident in the home (totally our fault) & Marci was kind & responded quickly. My wife & I are remote workers & we had no trouble with internet connection. The home was bigger than we expected. The beds very comfortable & being from Monroe I expected a certain smell in the home & my wife always brings plug ins when we visit but no need here...Very pleasant smelling home. Thank you Marci!

Quiet and charming

We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our kids. My girls immediately made themselves at home. It was clean and decorated really well. It was stocked with everything we needed (Toilet paper, napkins, trash bags, dishes, and plenty of towels). Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.
