"We booked the Cottage, the stand alone small 3bd/1ba bungalow next to the motel. It is the perfect location with only steps to the beach and restaurants. There is a separate sunroom that has fans/ac, small kitchen with appliances for cooking, each room has a tv/ac, and full 3 bedrooms. The back of the cottage has a small rinse off shower and the motel has a good size pool. A great perk is 2 dedicated parking spots right next to the cottage."

"Great location, right on the beach and walking distance to the pier and a few shops/food. Short drive to more stuff at Carolina Beach. WiFi was fast enough for my demanding family of tech workers and teenagers. The kitchen didn’t have much in it—if you’re planning to cook in the kitchen, I would bring pretty much everything from home. The coffee maker is a regular drip and requires filters, which we needed to buy. The coffee provided is the kind that’s like a teabag you put in the drip maker, and is therefore not great. There’s no kettle. The bowls were plastic and I wouldn’t microwave them. No can opener. Sharing these details not as a criticism but as info for others to know what to bring. Would go again!"
