We stayed for a week during our family trip to DC. The room was clean and the breakfast was filling. Those things were the best things about our stay. The area unfortunately is not family friendly. There were large mobs of teenagers at the entrance to the metro station. As we had planned to take the metro for the week it was quite distressing to take our young family through each day. The presence of the National Guard was reassuring. This is not the hotel’s fault but I feel it should be stated that this area is not safe. The restaurant below us had a window busted out one night while we were there. One floor up and it would’ve been our room. The front desk staff was friendly but did not respond to requests. Two times during our week long stay did I ask for anything and both times we were ignored. We were unable to enjoy the city or area after dark as it was simply not safe to go out after sundown in this area. Bottom line is the area is not family friendly.

My stay here Oct 2025 was wonderful! We had an event to attend and check in was easy, valet the car is kinda pricey but worth finding parking and hoping your car is there in the morning, and the staff was on point. Would love to stay here again!

The room smelled as if it had sitting water in it. Rust on and on min the refrigerator. The counter top was dirty. The tub was brown. I complained about the noise and the teenagers were alone in the room next to us. I complained twice and nothing happened. We stayed up the entire night. They were banging and trying to get in the room through the connecting door. So unsafe and the fact they did nothing was crazy. I was told because I booked through a third party, oh well nothing I can do is what the rep told me. Very rude and unprofessional. I didn’t get her name name. The young lady that checked me out gave me the corporate number and was very courteous. All around the worst hotel stay ever. Not using Hotels.com again. I called and nothing was done. Kids left unattended with no adult supervision and an unclean room.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. Definitely recommend staying here if you have an event at Nationals Park. Walking was a breeze and many good food choices

Our recent stay was pleasant, the location was convenient and within walking distance to lots of different restaurants as well as the Bullpen and Washington Nationals stadium.The room was clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
