The size of the rooms in this property are probably the largest of any property I stayed at. What I can't understand is why the beds are only Queen size and not King. We had a 1-bedroom apartment and the bedroom could have fitted 4 queen size beds with ease. So there was plenty of room for a King.

The staff were the highlight of our visit. A large number of family were present for a funeral, and no matter the query/request, nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always so incredibly friendly. Staff on Sunday even went above and beyond for a family member in a different room with some challenges she was having with her rental car! Thank you!!! The rooms were spacious and were quite well equipped. Opportunities: To elevate, there are only two (minor) suggestions: 1) A coffee machine wouldn't go astray e.g. with pods. 2) The washing machines would benefit in having simple instructions readily available (I've used many, but this one had me stumped...twice - got there in the end, but not easy). Honestly, I would not let these two things deter anyone from staying. We would happily stay again with comfortable, clean, and spacious accommodation, and easy parking, it was everything we could have wanted for accommodation in Warrnambool. Note: if sensitive to sound, bring ear plugs for the cars. It didn't bother us too much, but the road nearby does seem popular for "lappies".

The room was situated on a noisy round-about and we had to close all the blinds to get any privacy. We had to navigate an unusual amount of stairs to get into the room and into the bedrooms.

In hindsight he first clue was in the email advising all the things we would be charged extra for. Staff were lovely but Lady Bay Resort was rudimentary at best. Unlike the photos our apartment had one small couch placed 6m from a very small TV. Absolutely zero bench space in the 'kitchen' - we had to move the microwave to use the kettle at the one power point - hence nowhere to prepare food. Basic bathroom - cheap tired fittings, cheap towels and toilet paper. Scuffed walls. Not a flat surface to be seen for luggage in the very 'compact' bedroom. And then they ask you to empty your own bins when you leave.... Really disappointing in value for money terms.
