The dining room leads onto the courtyard via bi folding doors, perfect for those lazy summer afternoon BBQ's. Enjoy the sheltered enclosed yard for a quiet morning breakfast before hitting the beach for the day. And in the evening curl up on the sofa while the kids burn the last of their energy outside.
