Little outdated friendly staff

TV did not work no reception, there was a microwave but no plates, spoons or cuttlery. The shower door was stuck and did not move and the toilet ran continiously. When moved to other room there was no hair drier. First room was outdated the 2nd room was refurbished. The other guests look like permanent residents and were very noisy. Staff were friendly and obliging

Wasn't very clean 3specially the ceiling seemed like ot hadn't been cleaned in years. Property was dated and bed was very ui comfortable. The are is, however, is nice and room had all the amenities you would need, even a microwave. It is not bad for the price but if you can afford a better option then this is not the place for you.

Since you have to stand in the bath to have a shower, it is imperative that safety hand rails are installed for older people like myself. The floor of a bath becomes very slippery and therefore difficult to change position under the shower without the fear of falling.

Unfortunately the main bed had more humps than a camel, two of the centre support legs were broken. Decor very outdated. Wasn’t sure if the toilet was going to handle 2 squares of paper as the water rose almost to the underside of the lip on each use. The shower pressure was fantastic.

Great hotel. We stayed for business. The challenge we found was that there was no power points that allowed for the use of the supplied iron and ironing board. I would recommend they include extension chords in the room otherwise don’t stay for business expecting crisp ironed shirts.

Although the decor is dated it was surprisingly clean. Nice crisp clean bed linen. Bathroom was nice and clean, no mould. Location is great and convenient. I arrived after the office closed and they texted me advising on how to pick up my room key.

Had a great stay the only thing was the toilet seat was not connected to the bowl, shower pressure was not good and the shower door leaked water into the bathroom . The furnishings and staff were great. I would stay there again

Good price-point and upkeep of rooms - comfortable with helpful staff. Building itself is run down. There's litter in the carpark area. Carpeted stairs would benefit from a thorough vacuuming.
