As we came more familiar with the hotel, restaurant and bar, the welcoming and friendly spirit of all of the staff team was at the fore. The sympathetic design of the room and communal areas again is just relaxing. The town of Vicuna is also a treat in chilled atmosphere. We booked one night, stayed two only because we had to be somewhere. We wish we could have stayed longer. Juan was particularly engaging and great English too. "
