We've been traveling for decades and have stayed in countless 4- and 5-star hotels across Europe and beyond – but we've never experienced anything quite like this. From the moment we arrived, we felt less like guests and more like friends. Every single member of the staff was warm, genuinely kind, attentive, and always eager to help. This wasn’t just professional politeness – these are truly good people, and it's simply a joy to be around them. Our room was spacious, clean, and inviting – the perfect place to relax after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The pool and spa were just what we needed to unwind, and breakfast was absolutely wonderful: rich, varied, fresh, and complete with a juice press and fresh vegetables we quickly fell in love with. But the true highlight of our stay was the hotel’s free shuttle service. Every time we needed to go to the train station or the nearby town, all it took was a quick 10-minute notice (usually less), and a friendly driver was there to take us – always with a smile. In short – a fantastic hotel, warm and attentive service, and a great base for exploring the area. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality accommodation with a big heart."
