"An excellent location, close to St. Mark's Square with direct boat access, yet very quiet, with rooms that insulate from outside noise. A nice terrace and an excellent restaurant. The staff are always willing to help, and the guest relations are fantastic!"

"We stayed in the annex, which is a short walk from the main hotel. The room was beautiful, but small like most other places in a packed city. It was in a great location around many shops and restaurants, and it was very close to the main square so we never needed to take the public transport which saved us some money."

"The hotel has an excellent location, you can get to Rialto Bridge area and St Mark’s square in just a few minute walk. (Water taxis at both). The area is surrounded by shops and restaurants and has a wonderful staff that helped us quite a bit. The hotel is on a small canal with some rooms getting that view. The complimentary breakfast was great, very happy with our choice to stay here. Rooms were smaller, but many are in Venice."

"Beautiful, unique hotel. The rooms are fun and very clean. We could open the window in our room and look out on the gondolas going by. The bar was also nice as we were able to enjoy a drink and snacks while sitting outside. "

The hotel staff and manager greeted us upon our arrival and provided excellent information about the area and restaurants. I would 1000% stay here again. "
