A comfortable and gracious vacation home!

Lime Time is a comfortable and gracious vacation home. Tastefully decorated and well equipped, it met all our needs for spring break both indoors and outdoors. Contact with Property Management was excellent both in providing access to the pool, and in delivering propane tank refills. A definite winner.

Perfect!

Great property for a quiet family stay. Location was amazing. A block to the beach and this is at the North end of the island, which is mostly residential. It's a small island, so it's just a few minutes away from all the shops and restaurants down by the pier, but we appreciated not having to stay by the traffic and crowds. The kitchen and living room were really spacious. Also the dining room table was big enough to accommodate a large group. I noticed many rentals say they will sleep a lot, but they do not have a table big enough for everyone to eat together. Tastefully decorated and cozy. Lots of things were labeled such as kitchen drawers and light switches. Beds were very comfy. Nothing to complain about!

Great family get away

This was the perfect house for our family of 4! Easy walking access to the beach! Great amenities, it was nice having the grill and the ping pong table in the entertainment space under the house! Great kitchen for cooking in! Could not ask for a better rental for our family!

Awesome Property

The house and Southern Belle staff were excellent. We loved the lay-out of the house. It was perfect for the older boys (17, 19, 21) and adults as well. The only down-size was the neighbors as they complained 2 nights in a row about noise. Accused of having a loud party, which we were not. Not sure if they were mad because lights were on downstairs after 9:00 or the fact people were renting as a vacation rental. We only had to tell the boys to turn the music down around 9:00 one night & it was not really loud. We were just paranoid about the neighbors. That was the only unpleasant thing about the stay. I would suggest whoever rents the house to be aware to cut off all lights, music and talking after 9:00pm every night.

Cute place with lots of extras

There was so much to love about this little place! Great location, cute and clean inside, all the stuff you need for cooking, and the game area under the house with ping pong, darts, bags, horseshoes, a grill and seating areas were all so much fun. Plus the house came equipped with beach carts, chairs, and toys. Honestly it’s all these little extras that made the stay excellent. The property managers were also great about communicating details and responding quickly. I only took a star off for a few little things. First, the beds were very very firm. Not a total deal breaker but something I usually try to avoid. Second, the home had a very weird smell to it. I couldn’t pinpoint what it was but it was quite strong and noticeable and could smell it on my clean clothes even after arriving home from our trip. Lastly, I think the listing said this could sleep 8-10 people but there’s no way that would fit comfortably. The bedrooms were pretty small and so were the beds other than the master. But overall, it’s a nice and cute little place!

Perfect stay for a family beach trip

The property was very clean and well stocked, except for a shortage of towels when we first arrived. We messaged the host who got back with us right away and had someone deliver fresh towels asap. The kitchen was so well stocked with kitchenware and was great for cooking up some meals as a family. The house is also stocked with all kinds of beach gear for the kids. The stay is just a short walk to the river and a short drive to the beach. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again!

Family time

We rented the property to enjoy some beach time with family. The only issue we found was the pool is not on site but 2 miles away and the room with two queen beds are queen bunks. Overall a great property and a fabulous place to visit.

Beautiful, clean, close to ocean!

We truly loved this stay. The neighbor was quiet, a short walk to the beach and the home was clean and full of amenities. We especially loved the added touch of beach chairs, wagons and sand toys. Our family had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back and stay again!
