PERFECTION ON THE BAY

The condo was spotless and well decorated, everything seemed to be fresh and new. The bathrooms had extra toiletries and necessities. The kitchen had everything we needed to have an extended stay and I am so glad we did extend for an extra day. My friends from Canada that were traveling with us were so impressed by the wonderful accommodations and I felt like a real champion for being the one who booked this one! I was also impressed with the host Amber who responded to any of my questions prior to the stay. During the stay it was not necessary to contact her as everything was so PERFECT!!! I would not hesitate to book this amazing condo again.

Tybee Delight

We loved our stay and if we make it back to the island we will definitely consider rebooking this condo. Loved the decor and location. It had everything we could have wanted/needed. We had lots of fun watching for dolphins just off the shore.

Perfect property, lovely location

From the first communication with Amber to the time we drove off-property, we were more than pleased with every aspect of our stay. My best friend and I were taking a trip for our 34th friendaversary and we could not have picked a more perfect location. The condo itself is immaculate and well-decorated, with no details spared (I mean, who remembers to leave nail polish and make-up remover in the bathroom?). The guide provided to us ahead of time had all the information we needed to make our stay easy. The walk to the beach was short and simple and the beach itself was perfect - with barely anyone there. The beach chairs and umbrellas provided in the condo came in super handy, as well as the beach towels. The condo was a true home away from home that I would highly recommend. It was our first experience in Tybee and the property and Amber's outstanding communication and attention to detail made us want to go back. Highly recommend this outstanding property!

Great Location!

We stayed here for a girls getaway. The location and amenities were amazing. We were able to walk to a couple bars and restaurants. The private access to the beach was amazing. Also the beach accessories like a small cooler and beach chairs really made the trip. If I ever make it back down to Tybee, I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent Experience

Every step of our stay was fantastic from the beginning. Starting with all the information provided prior to our stay in an email shortly after booking that could be stored as an app on your phone. Everything from detailed check in/check out instructions (with pictures), where to grocery shop prior to arrival to save money and much more. The beds were comfortable and clean with plenty of extra pillows/blankets provided. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and well stocked/organized. The view from the balcony was nice, you could see a few areas of the ocean and even see the dolphins occasionally. The walk to the beach was short and it was not crowded at all. We will definitely be coming back and rebooking the condo if it’s available.

Most beautiful condo

Our condo was the most beautiful I’ve ever stayed in at any beach. The host and owner both were great to deal with. The location is at the north end where the river joins the ocean and we saw dolphins playing all over. The paid boat tours come right where this condo is. No need to pay for a boat ride. They are free here to see. Water is calm here and waves are minimal first timers will love this part of the beach. Our only complaint were our neighbors above us who drug chairs and luggage all over the floor above us with no regard to us below them. I wish this condo was on third floor because PEOPLE are so self absorbed. ( not the owners fault in any way!!!)

Perfect Condo for a Family Getaway!

We had an excellent experience from the very first touchpoint with the owners. They send a detailed digital booklet with local recommendations and property information that's so helpful! The standout of the stay was that on the day of check in, my 3-year-old had a stomach bug and we didn't have anywhere to take him until 4 p.m. when we could get in the condo. I called the owner, and the housekeeper Coanna was willing to let us into the condo while she finished cleaning so he could rest. We were so incredibly grateful for this kindness and hospitality! The condo itself was updated and clean, and had everything we could possibly need stocked in the kitchen (even had travel size shampoo/conditioner/soap in both bathrooms. The pool and beach were very family-friendly, clean and inviting. We will be returning for our annual trip to Tybee!

Perfect!

Our stay was amazing. Everything had the beach cottage vibe I wanted. It was beautiful and cozy. So close to the beach and a very easy walk to the light house via the beach. The owner thought of everything and left little personal touches through the home in case you forgot something. I will def be coming back to this very cottage. I highly recommend though I really want to gatekeep.

Cozy getaway!!!

It was amazing to have the opportunity to check in early and walk into a beautiful apartment fully stocked with towels :-) I deeply respected the abundance of towels and shower supplies. The kitchen and laundry room were stocked with supplies that made it simple to cook and clean. Amazing overall experience!!!

Fall Break at Tybee

We had a wonderful time staying at this cottage! It was clean, neatly organized, well decorated and felt like home! The location to the beach was steps away, it was amazing! Every morning I walked the beach at sunrise, we watched how the tide changes through the day, and always had so many great dolphin opportunities! They were always out! We walked to Huc-A-Poos for a delicious pizza dinner once, another day walked there for a nacho lunch! Same walkable distance was Tybean Coffee, that was a must stop in the morning for me. The pool was clean, cold for the fall, the ocean was warmer. The complex was quiet as was the beach area. My only suggestion would be if they could store a couple beach chairs and sand toys in the closet where there was pickle ball and other games. That would be super helpful for families traveling not to have to pack those items. My kids hands down want to go back and stay at this same location! We all loved every second of our trip!
