We booked room with two queen beds 24 hours before and paid. When arrived at hotel, they mentioned that particular room was not available and gave a story saying some water pipe broke and that room is one of the rooms impacted. They offerred a room with one king bed as complimentary upgrade instead of two queen beds. It also had hall. But upgrade is total waste as we arrived at night and were looking for the comfort of what we booked.

Staff was courteous. Facility is showing its age. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was two thumbs down… no buffet as advertised, handed a prepared plate of breakfast with no choices, food was below average in all respects. Tried to get dinner in the restaurant and was told to go eat in the bar… which was crowded and noisy.

Curtains did not open. Shower knob was stiff from not being used and my husband thought he’d break it just getting it to turn on. Kleenex were stuck in the box and when I pulled the whole thing out the corner had been wet and dried so they were all stuck together.

the architecture of the hotel stood out to me. But I did not like the smell in my room as soon as I was entering. I don't know if it was a scent they put but it smelled like there was a wet carpet that did not dry off properly.
