Right off the Highway so it's good to travel stop for me, Just one thing, A/C was too old and too noise, Noise is so big you can sleep, I have to shut off the A/c. Overall bad was good, room was perfectly clean.

Luggage cart with several milk jugs, bread, bananas and food that I assume is for the complimentary breakfast has been sitting on a luggage cart near the check in desk for several hours. Making me wonder about breakfast tomorrow morning.

Decent, but not great.

Not quite as nice or new as the pictures led to believe, which was disappointing as it was a bit misleading, but it was alright overall. Bed was pretty firm, and AC is old and finicky to set to the right temp. Bathroom had some black spots that appeared to possibly be mold, which is not surprising since the bathroom fan can’t turn on. Breakfast is pretty standard as far as hotel meals go, but I did really love the breakfast potatoes.

Towels are like currency in this place how do you offer a pool and no towels hot tub is more like a cold tub complained the next day the water was even colder. Tv options no basic channels. Breakfast was awful. Bagels no cream cheese sausage was just reheated from previous day you only have a 3 hour window for breakfast takes a full hour for all the food to be prepped so it’s really 2 hours at best Place needs some upgrades. You can see where there cutting corners on upkeep .

The lobby/ main floor were all updated. Staff was friendly. Breakfast offered a good variety. The rooms were extremely dated. Carpets were stained and worn. The non smoking floor near room 232 smelled of smoke. The actual room smelled of body odor, musty, mold smell. Bathroom lightbulb was out. The irioning board was broken. Dog friendly, but dog poop on the grass outside. Pass on this place!

Our Getaway Spot

Its a wonderful building that warrants modernization. The place is a goldmine and has great potential, especially being the sole Lodging in the area. We love it and found it great even in winter . Easy to get to, not far from major highway and a short trip to Tioga Casino and Resort in NY state.

This hotel is suitable for a one-night stay, but it’s certainly showing its age. While the bathroom appeared clean, the lingering odor—reminiscent of old smoking rooms—immediately made the space feel unclean. The bedsheets were wrinkled, almost as if they hadn’t been changed, which raised concerns about overall cleanliness. I used my own sanitizing wipes to clean all surfaces and brought my own pillows, as the ones provided had an unpleasant scent—like stale sweat mixed with body spray—and were in need of replacement. I ended up sleeping on top of the towels rather than the sheets. That said, the room was a generous size, and the mattress itself was surprisingly comfortable. Upon lifting the sheets, I could see it was relatively new, which was a small but welcome reassurance.

Staff was not well trained in how to react to the electrical outage. There should have been a backup power that automatically kicked in. That unit needed better maintenance as one of our party needs oxygen and that piece of equipment requires dependable electrical source.
