With Covid-19 epidemic currently going on, we are focused more than ever on the health & safety of our guests & our associates. The Best Western “We Care Clean” program is a direct result of that emphasis. Our enhanced safety practices at the front desk include minimizing your contact with personnel, streamlining check-in & check-out processes. We practice social distancing by ensuring a safe distance for interactions, and we disinfect anything you will touch. Every key card is disinfected & sanitized with appropriate cleaning agents. Each room is sanitized, disinfected & inspected. Every guest room high touch points are cleaned with chemicals aimed at killing the COVID-19 virus. Where you touch, it will be cleaned with a focus on your safety. The room you stay in will likely have not been used for a period of 24-72 hours from the prior guest, a form of social distancing related to the life expectancy of the COVID-19 virus. I loved the room. It was nice and spacious and the tub was great! The bed however was very uncomfortable. If you like a stiff hard flat bed then this is for you! If not find something else!

My children really enjoyed the pool & hot tub! The room was clean and housekeeping helped us when we couldn’t open the one door. However, there was two weddings going on that evening. My family was trying to help an individual who’s dog had an accident in the elevator when a worker came out of the dining area telling my family they were being too loud and a wedding ceremony was being taken place. She continued to be rude. Later, when we went to the lobby, the wedding party took up most of the lobby with a receiving line and I actually had to step over the brides dress to get on the elevator. Then the music was so loud in the lobby, from their reception, that you couldn’t even have a conversation. I love weddings and I’m very happy for the couple, but I felt like the one wedding was the hotels focus and the rest of the guest had to just adjust.

It sounds like you had a good time and had a chance to enjoy our Fitness Center which is not your ordinary hotel exercise room. The Fitness Center is not your typical hotel exercise room. Our Fitness Center has an indoor heated pool, hot tub, his and hers saunas, two racquetball courts (one court double as a basketball court), a large weight room, treadmills, ellipticals and more. I apologize if felt the one hotel worker was rude to you while you were doing a kind thing by helping a fellow guest whose dog had an accident or if you felt the wedding was more important than your stay. All our guest’s satisfaction is important to us whether they a simple staying in a hotel room for the night or having a function on one of our banquet rooms. We will be using your comments to implement improvements to ensure we provide a better experience in the future for all our guests. I hope you will consider staying with us again the next time you are in the area. Lighting in bathroom was poor and there was lack of a full length mirror for dressing. There were no automatic doors to enter the facility making it difficult to enter with multiple bags - saw several elderly people struggling. Breakfast was bland . Rooms need to be renovated. Staff was friendly. Good location.

Now, that the summer is over we will be starting our next phase of our renovations. Just before the summer started, by putting in new carpets in the guestrooms and all the public area. Along with installing new guestroom furniture. During our next phase we are going to be replacing lighting fixtures, guestrooms beds, mirrors, and more. We hope that when the renovations are completed will be able to provide a better hotel and experience in the future for our guests.
