The staff was very accommodating, the first room didn't lock at all. They were right on putting me in a different room ( like minutes!). I chose this hotel because it had a restaurant, pool, hot tub.. Everything I wanted to enjoy wasn't available. Did get an email the day after I checked out stating all those amenities were not available. Again the staff was amazing but they really should change these things on their website.

They reneged on the pool and breakfast after the booking. They charged an exorbitant pet fee that was not disclosed. They blamed everything on Travelocity. Travelocity should cut all ties. I am reluctant to book through Travelocity again. This stay was a disaster.

The facility was very nice. Very clean and inviting. My only disappointment was no elevator. I have mobility issues, and because there was a weekend long event, I could not get a bottom floor. HOWEVER, the desk clerk tried REALLY HARD to find us one tha would work, but sadly this time, nothing was available. The front desk tried to help us out, and was super friendly and kind. We will be back for sure!!! the rooms were EXTREMELY clean,

Great location, and bed was comfortable. Thats all we needed. Was clean. Someone defrosted fridge and carpet was very wet. No elevators, so second floor luggage -stairs of that might be an issue. Had to call for bedding for pullout, but came very quickly.

The hotel room was very clean and it was a quiet which was was terrific. However, my check in was less than par. There was one guest checking in ahead of me and only one employee working. The employee spent 10 minutes checking the guest in, but during the time I was waiting the employee never took the time to say 'thank you for waiting' or 'I'll be with you in a moment. And then when I got to the counter, she didn't even say sorry of the wait or good afternoon. To me, this was rude and not at all welcoming. When I checked out, I did share my experience with the checkout employee who was much kinder and redeemed their front desk experience. Also, while the room was clean, it had an odd odor.

Pros: Our room was updated, spacious, super clean, and had lots of amenities (wet bar, plenty of linens and toiletries). When I checked in and out, the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a convenience store attached. Hot coffee and tea are always availabe in the lobby. Great proximity (<1 mile) to Tillamook Creamery. Cons: Several hotel amenities - pool, fitness center, restaurant - are permanently closed or under construction, leaving the hotel looking neglected. I noticed a few rough-looking characters on the hotel grounds. The immediate area is mostly parking lots and not very scenic.
