Very expensive for the area. Outlets in the room by the beds didn’t work.

Overbooked the property and was not able to comfortably accommodate us when we booked a room with two doubles; gave us a king. One elevator was broken and we couldn’t get off on our floor; Had to go up or down one and walk. Hot tub was broken. Pool staff was friendly. Overall poor experience. We weren’t the only people with room issues

They ran out of towels, do they did not clean our room, I requested extra towels, did not get them room was only cleaned 3 times out of the 7 days we stayed. The hot tub was out of order, that was a main reason that we booked this hotel. They had a continental breakfast, that they charged us $7.42. They only had oatmeal, grits, box cereal waffle and juice and coffee. I was very disappointed especially with how much we paid for our stay. They did not changed the bed sheets.

The place

We have stayed at the Four points on several occasions. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast (which was not included) was awful. Even the coffee was weak. However in the plus side. The hot tub was exceptional.

Great experience

Pros: Clean rooms and accommodating staff.
Cons: More electrical outlets in the room closer to the bed.
Location: Lots of places to eat and right off the interstate
We were passing through York on our way north. The accommodations were great and extremely close to restaurants. We had stayed in a Four Points earlier in the month had had a good experience so we thought we would do it again. Glad we did.

Nice and clean, friendly staff.

Hotel was in a nice location. Thirty minutes from our destinations. Really enjoyed our stay.

Shabbier than expected

This hotel has supposedly been recently refurbished, but it still wasn't quite what I expected from the Sheraton brand. The carpet looked extremely old and stained. The halls had a strange smell, and the hot tub water was slightly cloudy. We had an accessible room (even though we indicated we didn't want one at reservation), but the layout didn't seem very accessible-friendly. The bed was positioned way too close to the wall unit, blowing cold air directly onto the bed all night. I had to re-direct the air using a pillow so I wasn't frozen out of the bed. There was a nice closet, but it was partially blocked by the chair. Otherwise, the room was clean. The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable, and I slept better than I do at home. We had two options for pillows. One was super squishy, and the other was soft to medium. My husband likes a really firm pillow, so he hated them, but mine was perfect. I'd probably stay here again, but I'd do so after looking at some of the other hotels in the area and comparing prices. We got a really good deal on this stay, with a price comparable to a lower-range hotel, but I don't think it was worth the full regular price.
