We arrived to witness people coming out a side door with armfuls of blankets and pillows and putting them in their van. When checking in, another couple was shouting about their room being filthy and blood being on the sheets. We went back to the car and drove through the parking lot where one window showed us a room with ripped curtains and an overturned mattress. There was broken glass and stray kittens in the parking lot. We left. It didn’t feel safe.

Worst stay anywhere in a long time. Staff was nice, but when I went into my room, the smoke detector was hanging off the wall, chirping every 2 minutes. Also noticed no remote in the room for the TV. Tried to call the front desk, but couldn't because there was NO CORD in the back of the phone. Went down to front desk to report the issues. Smoke detector was fixed, but I never did get a remote or a working room phone. To top it off, when I got up the next morning a GIANT ROACH scurried across my floor. I couldn't leave there fast enough. On a good note the bed and bathroom were clean.

Horrible in hotel. They did not clean in bathroom, no towel, samphoon and more. Can’t stand I try take shower but I can’t. Staff horrible attitude. I asked them my room don’t have towel. They attitude reason I’m deaf I try commcuation with them write and note they refuse. That s discrimination

Soon as I checked in walked into my room a Roach was crawling around in the Bath Tub the Towels that housekeeping left on the Tub was dirty the tub was very dirty I had to call the front desk 3 times before I got clean towels then when they came and brought the towels they only gave me 2 big ones and 2 little ones for 4 people this Hotel was so nasty Roaches crawling on the microwave. I wouldn't recommend a Dog to this Hotel. I called the front desk at 8:30 a m my last day to get some towels she going to tell me I have to wait until Housekeeping get there I said what time they come in she going to say at 11:00 a.m I said that's my check-out time I stayed 2 nights and them was the worse 2 nights ever I did not know that I had to pay a deposit until I checked in because It don't tell you that when you book it online the picture of this Hotel Is truly false advertisement. Customer Service at this Hotel truly Sucks the room stinks I will never book this Hotel ever again just nasty,nasty.

I was traveling with a service dog, and the staff assigned us a ground floor room with patio doors. This made entering and exiting the room much simpler for us. I appreciate the thoughtfulness that they displayed in that aspect. However. There was no ice available on the ground floor or on the second floor. If you wanted ice you had to go to the third floor. I think that housekeeping must have been interrupted when they cleaned our room before we arrived. There were several items I had expected to be in the room, but I had to go get those for myself. Towels, washrags, soap, ice bucket, etc. The room WAS CLEAN, but the finishing details had been forgotten. Oh, and the telephone didn't work. I did report that to the ladies at the front desk but it was not resolved during my stay. I was pleased with the location and the actual cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was friendly and promptly helped get the items I requested. If I were going to stay in the area again, I would consider staying at this hotel. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect.

Bed was not made, no towels in bathroom. Was changed to another room on 3rd flt, shower was leaking, not enough pressure. Complementary soda and shampoo/conditioner third world, way to much effort opening package and not enough shampoo. Paced smelled of diesel, elevator doors peeling, broken box. No complementary coffee or free breakfast as stated on web site.

The shower was nasty with black hair on the wall. There was a hornets nest on our balcony. We chose this location because of the hot tub, the hot tub did not work. The front desk lady said she had worked there since April and that the hot tub had not been in service since she has been there. The carpet was stained with gum. The room stunk like cigeretts and vomit. The pool was slimey. And no pool towles were available.

No hot water, pool empty. Hot tub off. Not a nice breakfast either. Hard biscuits gravey. The lady at the front desk was real nice thought
