WOW!! WOW!! WOW!! This was the BEST house we have ever stayed in. The house and grounds were so clean and well kept. The kitchen and entire house were very well stocked even beyond anything you could need. The living room and dining room doors opened up to extend into the yard/patio area...made it seem like the space was very large and open to the outdoors. Of course our daily hot air balloon show from the back patio was extraordinary. The view of the vineyards was beautiful. My family enjoyed the Game Room with many ping pong tournaments and the surrounding areas for bocce ball and bean bag toss. The spa was welcoming at night to view all the stars and relax. We did walk through the trails of the vineyards to visit a couple of wineries that were open on Thanksgiving. Very enjoyable family vacation in such a beautiful area and house. We hope to stay again soon!Also, thanks to the owners, who were very accessible, for our take home gift of a bottle of wine from the local vineyard - the wine glasses and tote.A memorable and great time were had by all.

A memorable family vacation

This house is absolutely beautiful. The host thought of everything, nothing was overlooked. Some in my family are not early risers but we were all up early each day to see the hot air balloons. With a location that beautiful, no one wanted to sleep in. This is our second time at Peppertree…Temecula wine country is not to be missed!

Perfect house and location in Temecula Wine Country

We were in Temecula recently for my Mother-in-Law's Celebration of Life and rented the Peppertree Lane main residence for us and other out of town family. It was a wonderful retreat for everyone during a rather sad time. The owners even allowed us to have a small gathering with our local family which was a highlight of the weekend. Ladies weekend getaway

We decided to book a vaca weekend and thought Temecula would be the perfect getaway from San Diego. We had no idea the highlight of the trip would be our stay at this amazing property. From the spacious bedrooms, kitchen and outdoor areas, to early morning hot air ballon gazing, soaking in the hot tub after a day of tasting, and a fully stocked kitchen and pantry, this place was perfect. Amazing stay in Temecula!

My wife and I shared the house with two other couples of great friends for a weekend of exploring wine country and all that Temecula has to offer. The house was amazing, comfortable, and our communication with the hosts was excellent! Always extremely prompt in communication, regarding everything. Summer family trip

Don’t know where to start. Property was great, loved the location, the place was well stocked, kids loved the pool and getting up early to watch the hot air balloons in the morning. My son and I would go walk the winery trails to find where the hot air balloons landed lol. Can’t say enough about the host and their communication. Having space to roam the ranch and the game room is a nice touch as well. I could go on but to sum it up this place is a gem and will definitely consider going back for our next summer trip to California.

Wine tasting weekend

Wow! We absolutely loved our stay at Peppertree Ranch! Very comfortable beds, beautiful decor, the most incredible views, luxurious amenities, very well stocked. The owners have made a home that you walk into and instantly feel relaxed. We loved taking walks around the property, seeing the hot air balloons, enjoying the gorgeous rock heated pool and just relaxing in this special ranch home. Spectacular wine country experience

We visited this property with family from overseas, and everyone had the most amazing time. This property is a perfect '10', from the spectacular views to the clean interior and perfect amenities. The pool and hot tub provided great relaxation at the end of the day, in fact we cut our wine tastings short in order to get back to this beautiful house. We can't recommend enough, we hope to visit again soon!

Temecula Wine Festival Visit

Our party came to town for the annual Wine & Balloon Festival along with celebrating anniversaries. We had an amazing time. Shawn and Shakeh could not have been better hosts. They prompted answered every question prior and during our visit. The property was amazing and had every amenity possible. We've stayed in a lot of properties over the years and this is by far, the most well stocked home we've been in (the apple jacks were delicious). We would absolutely stay here again. Mother’s Day Memories 2023 / 21st birthday wining & dining!

Our family & friends had a terrific stay on Mother’s Day weekend at the Peppertree Ranch. We also celebrated a 21st birthday wining and dining so close to All the wonderful wineries. We appreciated our complimentary wine and glasses to start us off. This property is beyond fabulous! We used the whole property and loved all the amenities! Beds were perfect and love the robes. Perfect & Beautiful!

Our family of 4 adults visited Temecula to celebrate a birthday and anniversary. The house is beautiful and includes all the amenities you could ask for, but to us, the best thing about the property is the backyard which overlooks vineyards and the hills in the distance. What a wonderful place to not only watch the sunset but also the sunrise! We honestly can't say enough good things about this property: the house is amazing, pool, spa, lovely grounds to explore, a perfect centralized location for wineries, and Hot Air Balloons to watch at sunrise. Don't hesitate to book this place!

Perfect!!!

This house is amazing! It was better stocked than any house we’ve ever stayed in! The beds are so cozy! The showers are great! The pool area and the balloons taking off right next to the house were beautiful! My son said it best, he said “this isn’t like staying at a rental it’s like staying at someone’s actual house”! The host’s were friendly and helpful! I can’t recommend this house enough!

Awesome home and hosts!

The home is exceptional with plenty of room for everyone to spread out but still spend quality time together. Anytime we reached out to the hosts, we received a quick response. Our every need was met! The house is well appointed with a large kitchen/ entertainment/ hangout area and the outside space is the best. You can watch the hot air balloons rise up near the property in the morning and the sun set over the horizon in the evening, all from the gorgeous pool and hot tub. We can't wait to return!

Wonderful Home In Temecula

Beautiful, well maintained, fully stocked house in a great location. Gorgeous views and close to all local attractions. If you walk out by the pool at 7:30 in the morning you may catch an unforgettable view of hot air baloons. Highly recommend!

Simply Incredible!

There aren't enough wonderful things to say about this property. We stayed here for my husband's birthday weekend with two small kids and we felt like we were right at home the entire time! The house is unbelievably beautiful and the owners' attention to detail was beyond imagination. The fridge and pantry were stocked with necessities and the bathrooms had a wide range of toiletries in case we forgot to bring anything. Each of the rooms was tastefully appointed, the bathrooms clean and spacious, and the common areas felt like nothing was forgotten or overlooked. The backyard was similarly beautiful with the pool and spa being the highlight of our kids' weekend. The views were breathtaking, the property was private, and the extras (such as the game room) really put the experience over the top. The entire experience was luxurious, memorable, and we will definitely be back!

AMAZING property and house!

We've stayed in several houses in Temecula and this was by far the best stay. The owners are very responsive, kind and accommodating. The house was well stocked with everything we could have needed. The game room was super fun! The pool was the highlight with the indoor-outdoor feeling of house and backyard. We enjoyed morning walks with our coffee around the huge property and evening walks amongst the vine trails. We will be back FOR SURE!

Amazing stay, centrally located within all of the area wineries and close proximity to Downtown.

Truly awesome, well stocked, quiet and plenty of amenities on property, great for multiple families or groups of friends - property actually has 3 separate guest structures - main house and 2 villas...hot air balloons fly right over on the weekends and make for a very cool experience.
