First thing was the check in staff charged me $86.62 dollars more than what my Expedia paperwork showed. I asked them to explain it, but they literally could not, and would not explain it. Thanks to Expedia for getting me a refund of the overcharge.
They were painting the outside of the property, and the outside walkway to the room was loose dirt and cement. This was tracked into the room, but our living room floor seemed as though it had not been swept or vacuumed before we checked in. The staff were nice, but everything about the property spoke of inefficient management, and uncleanliness. The outside of the property was cluttered with junk, and excess items. It looked very trashy for lack of a better description.
