The walkway out front of the property was filthy. Dirty needs to be power washed. The landscaping along the walkway needs to be addressed again. I’m sure the Hyatt Regency can afford to do some landscaping and power washing first impressions mean a lot

We love the Hyatt Regency! It has a great kitchenette, so we go food shopping and buy snacks, drinks, and breakfast and lunch foods, and then eat out for dinner. The beach is right across the street with discounted chairs and umbrellas. One of our favorite family vacation spots!

For anyone looking to spend time in Clearwater Beach Florida this is the place to stay. Easy walk to the beach and centrally located to everything else. Also the Surf Style store by this Hyatt is the best location on the island avoid the other ones 0

Beautiful hotel, we included the breakfast package I would Highly Recommend we were able to either do the buffet or choose off the menu! (We choose off the menu I recommend the salmon avocado toast) Very good! The beach is right behind the resort and with your stay you get a discount on the umbrella and a set of chairs at a discount price of $20, staff walks around and will get everyone’s info through the day and assign the chairs/umbrella to you and your room number (chairs and umbrellas are numbered), if you need to leave to get lunch or anything they said just leave some towels or something in the chairs that way people know you’re coming back. We walked up and down the strip multiple times to restaurants and bars and went to visit other hotels to see family at all hours of the day and night and never felt unsafe. There is also a huge store right next to the hotel that has TONS of souvenirs and does have a little mini market in there that includes a bunch of food and ton of options of alcoholic beverages. So if you forgot any items at home no worries that store will have it! Staff was very nice and friendly, our room was cleaned daily some how they managed to sneak in an out with out us ever seeing them! Highly Recommend this hotel resort we would love to return!
