Charged me 185.00 on a room accidently booked for date 1 day earlier then needed and woukdnt update reservation nor fix it when i coukdnt make it. Then was rude to me in person when i asked if i was getting refunded while paying 250.00 additional reservation , stating i wasnt getting Anything back. terrible customer right policy and customer service!!

With time frames and policies, cancelling a reservation sometimes is more challenging. We do apologize if our staff did not make you feel welcomed during your check in. Great Summer Escape

Pros: Room size and amenities, breakfasts, location, staff, quiet.
Cons: Toilet maintenance was required, additional tables with umbrellas in pool area.
Location: Loved the town of Gig Harbor. It is so quaint and beautiful. Lots of great restaurants and walking trails. Fishing & boating available. Cute shops!
We loved Gig Harbor and the Best Western Wesley Inn was a great place to stay. Loved the close proximity to the freeway as we visited with our kids in Port Orchard. The breakfasts were plentiful and good and so nice to have coffee, a refrig and microwave in the room. The room was large and very quiet. Enjoyed sitting on the patio at night with the firetable lit. The pool is small and some additional shaded tables would be helpful for those who do not want to sit in the sun. All and all the staff was pleasant and helpful and we very much enjoyed our stay!

Location next to rest home

Pros: The location and the sort of rustic look to the place.
Cons: Finish the elevator they were installing.
Location: Very close to the harbor, old town, and othe r areas of Gig Harbor.
Went to visit my brother in the rest home behind the hotel, an easy walk. Stayed several days and overall was a pleasant experience.

For the price, I expect nicer!

Beds were very hard "Pillow Top" beds are in only "select" rooms, hair in the sink, bed spread had pen marks. Hot breakfast was ok but unable to eat the eggs any of the 3 mornings due to they put other items in them and I was allergic to items. Really wished they had waffle maker. French toast was soggy. The staff was very friendly

Very pleased, overall, with my stay (one night).

Pros: Free breakfast
Pleasantly surprised with the size of the room. Normal amenities, nice bar area with coffee maker. Missed the breakfast (only served until 9am). Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
