Breakfast was very good. Pool should have longer hours available No blow dryer in room, should just be standard..

Thank you for being our guest Janet and for your feedback. Our pool is open 13 hours out of the day, I apologize if you feel this is not ample time..also, there are hairdryers in every guest room. They are not mounted on the wall anymore, the are actually in a hairdryer bag and kept in the pull-out shelves in the bathroom. I apologize that you had any inconvienences. Front desk is always available 24 hours to help you with any issue's. If ever in the area again, we would love to have you stay with us.

Thank you for being our guest John and for your feedback. After your complaint, we went and confirmed all hot water tanks were in working order and set at property temperature, which they were. You did have hot water, its just not as hot as you would have at home. Our temperatures are set by county code, a county in which you live in sir. No other guest had a complaint over hot water.

Easy to find, noone bothered you from housekeeping unless you needed something, front desk recommended a great place to eat. No hottub.
