This property significantly overpromises and underdelivers.The listing advertises complimentary toiletries, a fully stocked kitchen, and functioning amenities like a fireplace and hot tub. In reality: zero toiletries, two trash bags, one dishwasher pod, and nothing to wash dishes with—no sponge or dishcloth. That is not a “fully stocked” kitchen.The fireplace does not work. The hot tub is barely warm. The water is so heavily mineralized it appears brown and is undrinkable—we had to buy bottled water just to cook and brush our teeth.Cleanliness is unacceptable. The shower curtain had red mold, the duvet appeared dirty, there was dust throughout the home, and several light fixtures were missing bulbs. All toilets had visible brown residue on arrival.The garage contains an exposed workbench with blow torches, razor blades, saws, power tools, and chemicals—fully accessible. For a family rental, that is a clear safety issue.We spent our first morning inventorying missing items and making a supply run. That is not a minor inconvenience—it reflects a failure of basic hosting standards.Support is effectively nonexistent. Communication is automated, with repeated “escalated to the team” responses and no resolution for days. There is no emergency contact, and the management company’s website is non-functional.This property has potential, but the listing is not accurate and the execution falls well below expected standards.
