"The hotel is well maintained however... I am a stickler for a shower and sink that drain properly. The shower backed up instantly around my ankles and the would fill up immediately. So on that note if I had not of had those issues I would of given a 5 star all around"

"This property was amazing. Gorgeous grounds, extremely helpful and pleasant staff. Our room was a standard room. It was large and had a nice patio with two chairs, a table and a large chaise to relax on. Large grounds with multiple pools, bocce, bags, and lots of fire pits with comfy chairs. It was very clean, well groomed and peaceful with a view that was spectacular. First time at any Omni resort, won't be the last. HIGHLY recommend Scottsdale Omni. The staff really was so welcoming and helpful. Kudos!!!"
