Casa 1800 Suchitoto
"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Casa 1800 Suchitoto was one of the highlights of our mother-daughter trip through El Salvador. The property is absolutely fascinating, with so much history and personality. It has an elegant, almost hidden-away feel while still being completely connected to the charm of Suchitoto. We even spotted a little toad and several geckos during our stay, which added to the feeling of being surrounded by nature. 年✨ The team was very accommodating and genuinely hospitable. We actually forgot to request our welcome drinks when we arrived, but they were incredibly gracious about it and made us feel very well looked after. We did wish there had been a little more happening at the property in terms of activities or experiences for guests. However, we stayed just after the August holiday period, so we understand it was a quieter time and imagine there may be more going on during busier periods. One small suggestion would be to have a closet or additional hanging space in the room. The tall drawers were useful, but a little more storage would have made unpacking easier, particularly for a longer stay. Overall, Casa 1800 felt like much more than a place to stay, the setting, architecture, history and surrounding nature made it part of the experience of discovering Suchitoto. It was a memorable stay, and we would happily return. 🇸🇻❤️"
