My first time on Mackinac Island and the staff here were so helpful and efficient. The 4th floor room in the dormered part of the building was big enough for one person. I appreciated that there was still a small table and chairs in the room. I misplaced my credit card in the hotel restaurant, and both the front desk staff and the restaurant staff were very helpful in assisting me with locating it. The hotel was beautiful. Right off the downtown shopping area.

The property is in excellent location! The restaurant on the property was outstanding! Quality food and the service was superb! The property was comfortable. The rooms walls were thin. I kept hearing kids run up and down the hallway. Overall the property is a decent choice if staying on the island.

Beautiful property. Rented the Premier Suite for 5 ladies. We had a great time! I wish for the price, a continental breakfast be included, along with a free bike rental! It wasnt cheap, and it was on the 4th floor, with elevator only going to 3rd. Also we intended to use "indoor" heated pool, but it was 40 degrees in the evening, and you have to walk outside on the walkway to go back inside to pool.

Poor looking hotel with a hefty price tab. The only saving grace was a grocery store about 2 blocks away that was open from 7:30 am to 10 pm.

We booked our room 6 weeks in advance- we got a first floor room across from the opened linen closet and our window faced the men cutting logs for the fireplaces. In addition, the room and bathroom was very small and the sink was in the small bedroom. But, why we rated the facility low was because of the room location and noise.

Very nice just a little bit out of the mix of thing. Great pool and hot tub. Like the out door fires at night. The porch was also very nice to sit and watch the people and water
