Room was spotless, comfortable bed , Had an incident where staff open door while wife was changing at the beginning of our stay. Staff continued to say it was our fault, that she thought it was unoccupied even though we were allowed to check in . Wife was not happy as she was seen in her undergarments.

Perfect for a week long stay in Stockholm. Close to metro stop, grocery, restaurants, historic sites and restaurants in the heart of Norrmalm. Keyless entry and thoughtful room amenities (a re-usable grocery bag and water bottles for use during our stay). Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Shout out to customer service: There was a mix up (my fault) when booking and instead of a room with a full kitchen I booked one with shared kitchen access. Sent a message and they quickly were able to switch my reservation to a room with full kitchen facilities and moved us right over. Will stay here again on future visits. Our trip was for fun and sightseeing but this would be a great place to stay for business.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! Very convenient, clean and great service! Amenities are a dream - they loan you a Polaroid camera and give you a tote to keep! Yoga mat in each room plus reusable drink bottles if needed. Loved it so much. Room very well appointed and arranged for my arrival. Overall, superb!

Very nice and cozy room, great location, everything super efficient even without reception, easy communication via WhatsApp if needed. The only “issue” we had was the shower door leaking a bit. I would definitely come back!

We came back to our room to find our bags and belonging rearranged. Someone had entered our room. It’s scary unknown people are entering our room unannounced. We asked and there were construction workers who entered. This was an announced visit.

I reserved a room which showed a room with a kitchenette and windows, but they insisted I was going to get a windowless studio with only a shared kitchen. This went against everything that was on the Expedia website. I emailed them for a few days and no one responded. Then 24 hours before my arrival I started texting back and forth until I was given what I reserved. It was very stressful.

Das Hotel liegt weit außerhalb des Zentrums und es gibt nur wenige Restaurants oder Supermärkte in der Nähe. Das größte Problem war, dass es auf dem Foto zwar so aussah, als gäbe es eine Küche, diese aber in Wirklichkeit nicht funktionierte (es gab weder eine Spüle zum Abwaschen noch einen Ofen oder etwas zum Erwärmen von Speisen) – obwohl Teller und Besteck vorhanden waren (eine fake Küche, nur für Fotos).

Hôtel bien équipé et bien situé

Hôtel plus qu’agréable. Pas de staff sur place mais grande réactivité sur WhatsApp si besoin d’info. L’emplacement est top.
