Elevators need to be redone very bad looking doors .. overall good hotel with convenience .. some of the staff members at towel area need to be retrained on how to treat guests and also at the Tiki Hut .. they can be very rude

The property was not worth what we paid. I thought I was get luxury, instead, we got an 3.5 star based on my rating. There seems to had been water damage in our room. Microwaves are not included in the rooms, I had to request one: when I did l, it had leftover food and they had to take it back and clean it out. Everything was à la cart. For the price breakfast should have been included and/or the beach chairs. We did like the convenience to the beach and it was not over crowded. The hotel is in a great area of a lot of food and entertainment. The staff were very friendly . I thought I paid for a straight ocean view based on the photos uploaded by Expedia, instead, it was the view of the swimming pool and partial oven view. Not worth the price.

Hotel and proximity to the beach wete great. Only downside is paying a resort fee and not really get much out of it. Still have to pay for anything you want to do on the beach, umbrellas, cabanas etc.
