I checked out 15 minutes after checking in. I refuse payment through my credit card for absolutely inexcusable maintenance issues bugs and smells like I can’t even describe. I will not accept conditions of search.

Hi, no air conditioning and heater. No TV working. No toilet paper. I have to ask for. No lamp working. I need to call a lady to help me and once figuring some things, the Tv still doesn't work. The check out is a 10:00 am. An unpolite lady looked on my door and told me Check out is at 10:00 am. Better the one who checked me in. The other one n eds good manners and good customer service. Horrible place. Ugly furniture and carleless maintenance.

The room smell really weird. A mix of cigarettes and humidity mixed together. The bathroom was really unkept, like they just painted over the old paint and it was peeling everywhere, and there were dead baby roaches in the kitchen. Never again.

This was the worst experience I've ever had living at a motel / efficiency the roaches were so bad that they were crawling across the floors and I had to leave my lights on when confronted about the situation they said there's nothing that can be done. I also experienced another motel customer stating they didn't have power in their room and they were handed handheld lights and not provided another room or a refund. This is the worst establishment I've ever seen in my life

The entire hotel room was disgusting. it had not been cleaned. there was nothing in the room with it being a two bedroom with kitchenette room. there was two beds, a couch and a table. that's it. the floors were filthy. it was disgusting.

Staff was nice but this is not somewhere you will want to stay if you want to be able to take a shower the sheets and towels were unsanitary dirty and there was a roach crawling on my pants when I woke up. People were arguing throughout the night.

For $48/night I can't really complain I'll just try to be factual: • The room was not ready by check in and staff had to be chased down for the key • I had to request towels as none were provided with the room • The room reeked of chain smoking • The room didn't lock properly so I bought a traveler's door jam • The shared pool was dirty and out of service

Room was extremely filthy. Very musty smelling! Had to buy a broom and scrub mop to clean the floors, baseboards, toilet, sink etc. Found some cockroaches alive and some dead, only a couple of electric outlets worked, most didn't. Only one lamp so had to buy one because it was so dark inside. Had to buy electric cords so we could use electricity as most outlets didn't work. The swimming pool was closed all during our weeks stay. Garbage can was full of trash, etc. Had to scrub it out. Sheets and towels were badly stained so we bought some new ones to use. Toilet plunger was all covered with dried on dirty toilet paper so I cleaned it. No soap or toiletries or tissues were provided. We bought our own pack of toilet paper and towels to use. Beds were very uncomfortable. Pillows were very old, flat and stained. We used our own pillowcases. We had to fix two chairs and a table because they were very wobblily. Tub had a continues drip and it was all chipped and dirty. I cleaned 7 dead bugs off the shower curtain. Only one key worked for the door. I would NEVER EVER stay here again and don't recommend it to anyone. We've never seen such a dirty place and so many things that would never pass a safety inspection. Broken outlets and the air conditioner outlet was hanging loose completely out of the wall. Pretty sad when you pay for a room and you have to scrub it down and use all your own supplies in order to stay there. This place should be condemned! I regret booking it ! So awful!

there was roaches everywhere, smelled like bleach the whole time and the pool was closed and i didn’t have a stove/hot plate in my room. then i had to wait to check in and it seemed like she had just woke up. not very nice customer service the sinks clog up so damn fast.
