The listing completely fails to disclose that this property sits immediately adjacent to the 4-lane Tom Stuart Causeway (SR-666) with constant heavy traffic noise approximately 10 yards away. This for us made the advertised waterfront patio totally unusable and disrupted indoor sleep/relaxation, directly contradicting the relaxing bayfront experience promoted in photos and description.A vague “external noise may occur” note at the bottom isn’t adequate warning for this extreme, nonstop highway roar—especially when the map only shows approximate location, not the severity for out-of-town travelers. After 4 years of ownership, only 2 reviews appear. Let’s see if mine remains. VRBO reviewed my photos/videos but offered only a minimal partial refund, siding with generic disclaimers over clear misrepresentation.
