Hôtel de la Poste

"The hotel has historic resonance, and the heroic cleaning staff do a great job. Perhaps some of the nicer rooms have some character. But the front office staff is indifferent at best. The woman at the bar was almost hostile? This should be a treasure of the would-be UNESCO heritage site but is an embarrassment. Set up to accommodate group tours spending a brief night as they quickly traverse Senegal, it might just survive. But things could be much better. Beware the mediocre breakfast which is generally plundered by staff before 8am for which they charge CFA6000 and do not replenish."
