This 1st floor Near Ocean Unit is just steps from the dunes crossing (2 units from oceanfront), making trips to the beach hassle free. The south facing patio also provides warmth and sunrises in the winter. The 2-bedroom 2 bath condo comes fully equipped including WIFI Internet, HD TVs, washer/dryer, linens and towels.

This unit is well maintained with tile living areas and carpeted bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked including an ice maker. The master bedroom has a king bed, full bath and walk-in shower with safety bar. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twins and adjacent full bath with tub/shower with safety bar. A queen sofa sleeper is in the living room.

Within the resort, there are 2 pools, 5 hot tubs, 4 newly paved tennis courts, a Bocce Ball court, shuffleboard and pickle ball! There are two beach access points with boardwalks over the dunes.

Great Girl’s Beach And Resort Experience

The resort served as a wonderful experience to getaway with my daughter and her friends. Just a short walk from prestige beach and all the amenities of a resort really may for a relaxing and fun vacation weekend.
