"The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because even though I had a regular room booked, they asked me to stay in the outside cottage first and then asked me to upgrade if I wanted to stay in the main hotel building, that was unnecessary and I felt fleeced. Maze sure you’re asking for the main room or you’ll be charged more"

I think the hotel loses out because of this. Also there isn’t anywhere to dry hair in the rooms while sitting. The mirror at the vanity table is too high. Breakfast is amazing which lots of choice. However the staff are so lovely and the hotel is lovely space and very clean and I will stay again."
