"Pros: Second year of staying here. -Very clean. -Very kind and responsive front desk staff. -Able to check out at 1 PM without extra fee -Uber to convention center is cheap ($12 max) -Soundproof rooms. Cons: -Very disappointed in the fact that the pool and hot tub are closed but it stated that it would have been fixed by now. Should have been given a discount for this or at least notified. They have no other amenities at all, so this would have been nice to know about. - TVs are horrible and system is outdated. They have fuzzy, grainy pictures and the old school scrolling “guide” that lists the maybe 20 channels of what you’re given to watch. No ability to connect to any apps such as Netflix, etc. - Man in the breakfast area can be impatient with kids- becomes annoyed if they drop food by accident, etc (I don’t have little kids but I observed this). No fresh fruit of any kind at breakfast, same menu daily. - Snack area for purchase (by front desk) has about 4 things in it. - Parking is 32 dollars a night Overall if you need a big room, they are clean and safe location and pretty quiet. No amenities and terrible TV’s make it difficult to unwind in the evenings after a long hot day."
